Zev, making mini-challah loaves for Hannukah 2004 (he was 5)

Hannukah this year begins on Dec 1st, at dusk, and lasts 8 days.   We know from how excited some of the self-advocates get when we talk about Synagogues that we need to pay more attention to diversity in our everyday conversations with people, and how much they appreciate talking about it.

And for those of you celebrating Christmas – Happy Christmas to you as well…  These seasons of celebrations are when we get together with those we care about, who care about us, and reflect on the gifts we are to each other.

Susan, Jim, Judy, Ernie and I wish you all good things for the holiday season and in the coming year.

Aaron
