Community Mapping in Vernon
Our first community mapping session is about to take off, next Friday! We’re so excited. About 50 self advocates from Vernon, Kelowna and Kamloops will join together to talk about the places and connections that matter to them where they live. If you’d like to attend, see below for information. If you’re in Victoria, watch this space for an announcement about a tentative June session and, in Vancouver, September! There are two parts to each session – a day of mapping with self advocates and their invited supporters and a reception for the whole community. We’re hoping to meet lots of people in the cities we visit!
